FanCode is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. By using this service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally entitled to access online betting in your jurisdiction.

FanCode reserves the right to:

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or shut down any part of the platform at any time.
• We reserve the right to close or suspend accounts for any breach of our rules.
• The right to correct odds or results that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.

These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall take precedence.

To open an account with FanCode, you must provide the following information accurately: full name, mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address (optional). Providing incorrect details may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

Opening more than one account under the same identity is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected under the same mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts will be closed.

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Never share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. You will need to submit a photo of your National ID or passport along with recent proof of address. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.

FanCode currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking), and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

Deposits are usually credited to your wallet instantly. In some cases, network issues may cause a delay of 5–15 minutes. If your deposit hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction ID.

Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming. If funds are found to be used for money laundering or any illegal purpose, the account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.

Any bank or mobile banking service charges incurred during a deposit are applied according to the respective provider's own policies. fancode itself does not charge any deposit fee.

KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within 5–10 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. A single withdrawal can be up to ৳1,00,000. For larger amounts, please submit multiple requests or contact support.

Important Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals are generally processed through the same method used for your deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be completed first.
• Unusual or suspicious transactions may require additional verification.
• Withdrawals may be suspended while an active investigation is ongoing.

All bets placed on FanCode are considered final — once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the Cash Out feature). Always double-check your odds and stake amount before placing a bet.

If your internet connection drops during live betting, bet processing cannot be guaranteed. Please check your "Bet History" to confirm whether your bet was placed successfully.

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, fancode reserves the right to void or correct the affected bet. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

If a match or event is cancelled, the related bet will be voided and the original stake returned to your wallet. For accumulator bets, the cancelled event will be removed and the remaining legs will be used to settle the bet.

All bonus offers at FanCode are subject to specific terms. The wagering requirements, validity period, and maximum limits for each offer are clearly stated in the respective offer's details.

General Bonus Terms:

• You cannot have more than one active bonus at a time.
• Expired bonuses are cancelled automatically — no notification will be sent.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly without first meeting the wagering requirements.
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
• Winnings from bonus balance can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.

Fancode reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where possible, advance notice will be given before any changes take effect.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on FanCode. If detected, they may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Multiple Accounts: Opening multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to manipulate the system to exploit bonus benefits.
• Matched Betting: Placing opposing bets to extract bonus value risk-free.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder money or legitimize illegal funds.
• Use of Software or Bots: Using automated software to place bets or play games.
• Providing False Information: Using false identity or fraudulent documents during registration.
• Underage Participation: Opening or using an account if you are under 18 years of age.

Suspicious activity is automatically monitored by fancode's security team. Where necessary, relevant information will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

FanCode may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• No account activity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

You can close your account at any time. Please withdraw your remaining balance before closing. If you need to withdraw after closure, contact our support team.

Inactive accounts (no activity for more than 12 months) may be charged a maintenance fee of ৳100 per month. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

FanCode takes responsible gaming seriously. Betting is a form of entertainment — and keeping it that way, rather than letting it become an addiction, is central to what we stand for.

Every member can access the following tools directly from their account:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits.
• Betting Limits: Capping the total amount wagered within a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off: A gaming break of 1–6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Account closure ranging from 6 months to permanent.
